NEED TO CANCEL, RESCHEDULE OR MAYBE RUNNING LATE?

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, I'll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, there will be a rebooking fee of 50% of your service. If you need to reschedule it is asked that it is done 48 hours before your appointment to allow the spot to become filled. All clients are given a 15 minute grace period after their set appointment time. If you show up within the 15 minute grace period I will do my best to accommodate your appointment in the time frame we are given. After 15 minutes of being late you will be considered a no show and your appointment will be canceled which will result in a 50% rebooking fee.
